Considered by some to be a minimally invasive alternative to facelift surgery, ellacor® was designed to refresh the complexion and rejuvenate the mid-to-lower face. By penetrating the skin with microneedles and triggering the body’s natural healing response, the treatment can address wrinkles, excess skin, and jowls – all with little to no opportunity for scarring or significant discomfort!
While ellacor® is similar to VoluDerm™ microneedling and Morpheus8™ (two other popular microneedling solutions), one may be more ideal than another depending on your unique cosmetic goals. For instance, ellacor® is used specifically to contour the mid-to-lower face, and Morpheus8™ was developed to penetrate the skin more deeply.
