Age: 47
This patient was diagnosed with a breast carcinoma in her right breast. In light of a strong family history of breast cancer she elected to proceed with bilateral skin sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstructions with tissue expanders. She is seen pre-operatively and after her second stage removal of expanders and placement of permanent silicone gel protheses, prior to nipple reconstructions.
