63 year old 5’4″ 170 pound African American woman who was diagnosed with left breast carcinoma and had a strong family history of breast cancer. She elected to proceed with bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with final implants utilizing 600 cc smooth round high profile silicone gel implants and use of acellular dermal matrix.  Pre-op Bra size 36 DD, post-op bra size, 36 C.
