This 51 year old woman who is BRCA 2 positive underwent bilateral prophylactic mastectomies, and simultaneous immediate reconstructions with final implants utilizing silicone gel filled implants and acellular dermal matrix. She underwent nipple areola tattooing as her only nipple areola reconstruction which allows her to be braless most of the time. She is seen prior to and 15 months after her surgery.
