This 45 year old woman with a history of sever fibrocystic breasts and breast pain underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with silicone gel prostheses using acellular dermal matrix (Alloderm). She is seen pre-operatively and one year post-operatively.
