This 43 year old woman had undergone prior bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction by another surgeon, followed by multiple revision surgeries. She presented with pain, discomfort, distortion and asymmetry due to capsular contracture and implant malposition. She underwent revision surgery by Dr. Kalus with removal of her old implants, capsulotomies, insertion of acellular dermal matrix, and fat grafting using her own fat from her tummy. She also had nipple areola tattoos. She is seen before, and one year after her revision surgery.
