This 18 year old woman was the victim of an assault wherein her attacker intentionally cut off both of her ears. Dr. Kalus sutured both ears back and treated the patient with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for fourteen days, resulting in completely successful healing. She is seen immediately upon her presentation in the emergency room, immediately after reattachment of both ears, and 18 months post-operatively.
