This 59 year old gentleman underwent Mohs surgery by his dermatologist for a basal cell carcinoma extending down to cartilage on his left ear. Dr. Kalus performed a full thickness skin graft and he is seen one week and six months following his surgery. One week after surgery his graft is still slightly raw appearing. At six months. it is difficult to see at conversational distance.
