This 62 year old woman presented with a Mohs defect on her right forehead following excision of a Basal Cell Carcinoma (BCC) by her dermatologist. This was reconstructed by Dr. Kalus with a horizontal H-flap and she is seen three months following her surgery. The scars are still slightly pink and would be expected to become virtually invisible at one year.
