This patient had undergone a bilateral mastectomy with reconstruction elsewhere prior to being seen in our office by Dr. Rowin. She presented with a left deflated saline breast implant. Surgery included a conversion from a subpectoral to a prepectoral space utilizing a 520cc smooth silicone implant and acellular dermal matrix.
