This 50 year old woman who is 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs 145 pounds underwent bilateral breast reconstructions with first stage placement of tissue expanders followed by second stage replacement with 550 cc smooth high profile silicone gel prostheses. She subsequently underwent labia composite graft nipple reconstructions followed by areola tattooing.
