This 26 year old woman had a prior breast augmentation and presented with a capsular contracture on the right side resulting in firmness, distortion, and asymmetry. She underwent revision surgery with a right breast capsulotomy and insertion of Strattice acellular dermal matrix both for support and prevention of future capsular contracture formation. She is seen three months following her corrective surgery by Dr. Kalus, with her scar on the right side still pink, and nine months after surgery in the bottom set of photographs.
