This 50 year old woman was diagnosed with a stage I invasive breast cancer in her left breast. She elected to proceed with bilateral mastectomies and immediate reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders since she desired to be larger. She is seen one year following the second stage removal of expanders and placement of silicone gel filled implants.
