55 year old, 5ft. 7in., 155 pound mother of three underwent modified inferior pedicle reduction mammaplasty for longstanding symptomatic breast hypertrophy with 400 grams removed from the right breast and 457 grams removed from her left breast. She is seen preoperatively and one year post-operatively.
