This 34 year old woman presented with long standing symptoms from her large and heavy breasts, as well as excess tissue in her underarms. She underwent a bilateral modified inferior pedicle reduction mammoplasty by Dr. Kalus with removal of 804 grams from her right breast and 796 grams from her left breast, along with excision of some of her accessory breast tissue in both axillae (armpits). She is seen before, and 14 months after her surgery, and was extremely pleased with her outcome.
