This 27 year old mother of two suffered long standing breast hypertrophy and asymmetric breasts since she was a teenager. She underwent a bilateral asymmetric reduction mammaplasty by Dr. Kalus with 410 grams removed from her right breast and 792 grams removed from her left breast. She is seen three months after her surgery. Her scars are still a bit pink, and will be expected to settle down to almost invisible by approximately 9-12 months.
