This otherwise healthy 40 year old 5’ 4” 125 lb patient with pectus excavatum had undergone prior breast augmentation elsewhere and presented with ruptured Allergan textured silicone gel implants which required removal. She is seen before, and six months following bilateral total capsulectomies with implant removal and re-augmentation by Dr. Kalus with Mentor textured round 325 cc Moderate Plus profile silicone gel implants. She was extremely pleased.
