This 36 year old 5 ft 4 in 138 pound mother of two presented with significant asymmetric breast hypertrophy causing back and shoulder discomfort, along with discomfort with her bra. She underwent a bilateral reduction mammaplasty with removal of 495 grams from her right breast and 570 grams from her left breast. She is seen before and three years after her surgery.
