17 year old, 4 ft 11in, 118 pounds, had been symptomatic from breast hypertrophy for four years. She underwent a bilateral reduction mammaplasty with 860 grams removed form the right breast and 833 grams from the left breast. She is seen preoperatively and 6 weeks post-operatively.
