This 57 year old woman presented with rock hard Grade IV capsular contractures after undergoing two prior subglandular breast augmentations nearly 30 years prior by another surgeon. She is before and after Dr. Kalus revised her surgery with a total capsulectomy (removal of old implants and surrounding scar tissue and rea-augmentation with subpectoral pocket conversion.
