This 72 year old woman had longstanding ruptured silicone gel implants with hard, painful capsular contractures. She underwent bilateral capsulectomies with removal of her old ruptured implants and scar tissue and replacement with IDEAL structured saline implants and insertion of ADM by Dr. Kalus. She was extremely pleased with her improvement.
