This 26 year old woman had prior breast augmentation elsewhere which was complicated by an early capsular contracture. She underwent revision surgery by Dr. Kalus with capsulotomy, and insertion of Artia acellular dermal matrix and is seen before and six months after her surgery, extremely pleased with her improvement.
