This 38 year old mother of 1 underwent prior augmentation mammaplasty and developed a capsular contracture in her left breast with pain and firmness. She underwent revision augmentation with implant exchange and insertion of Strattice(r) acellular dermal matrix and is seen prior to and several months after her surgery with soft and symmetrical breasts, with complete alleviation of her pain symptoms.
