This 48 year old woman had a prior breast augmentation elsewhere, followed by a subsequent circumareolar mastopexy also by another surgeon in two stages. She was displeased with her breast shape and size. She underwent a single stage revision augmentation mastopexy by Dr. Kalus and is seen one year following her surgery.
