This 28 year old mother of one is seen two months following delivery of her child wherein an episiotomy had been performed by her OBGYN. She had superior labial redundancy (hypertrophy) and inferior webbing resulting in painful intercourse. This was corrected with bilateral labiaplasty along with correction of the webbing with Z-plasty by Dr. Kalus. She is seen before and three months after her surgery.
